About Me

Mrs. Paltinean is a mobile macaron bakery. Mrs. Paltinean bakes oversized and hand-crafted Macarons   We specialize in all kinds of flavors and styles Macarons. The Company was created by Brenda Paltinean in 2018. Brenda is the sole owner and baker of the company. She grew up in the field of Teaching in her genes and became a teacher but after a few years, she realized her passion was not there and wanted to make something unique that people would love so she is self-taught by watching videos. Until one day she came up with macarons something people love that said it was so hard to make. once she found the right recipe that was not too sweet to the tooth and the shell could have different designs that would attract people to taste and look. 

The goal she said is that with her pastries was to,  "Warm up People hearts with her delicious pastries". She is a mobile store selling at Downtown Anaheim Farmers Market and also Orange County Market Place in Costa Mesa where you can come purchase or pick up orders. Bring to your table, event, celebration or gathering Mrs. Paltinean macarons and have it warm peoples hearts.
